Studio Information and Policies
Tuition will remain the same whether it is a long (5-week) or short (3-week) month and regardless of student absences. Please put your assigned Student or Family ID# in the memo space of your check or on an envelope with cash to properly apply your payment. It is payable a month in advance, due on the 1st lesson of each month. Tuition is a yearly contract but is broken down or your convenience into monthly payments. (Example: A student taking a 45 minute class is $715.00 per year or $65 per month.) A $10.00 late fee will be added for payments not made by the 10th of each month. There is no billing statement mailed, only late reminder statements will be sent when an account becomes past due. An optional monthly draft is available for those with busy schedules. There is no extra charge for this service. If a month's fee is not paid, your child cannot return to class until your account is brought current. We reserve the right to withhold a costume or participation in our recital until an account is current.
A $35.00 fee for one child ($5.00 each additional child) is required with a registration form to reserve class space. *Ask to see if you have met the deadline for early registration! (Save $10)

Dance Dreams does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the students own policy is your only source of reimbursement.
The studio will not necessarily close for snow days, regardless if area schools are closed, since many times roads are safe and clear by 3:00 PM. If in doubt, call the studio for a recording or check your email for whether class will be held or not. Make up classes will be done on another day to be announced.
Holiday dates will be posted on our web site and on the entrance door. An email or note will also be given to your child prior to a holiday period.
Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class, and the studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child to class on time. Repetitive tardiness may result in your child not participating in the show regardless of your costume purchase. It is also important that you pick up your child on time. Repetitive lateness will result in a warning and a babysitting charge.
Parents’ observation days will be the fourth lesson of every month. Observing classes at other times is not permissible.
Optional Fund Raising will be offered throughout the year to apply to costuming first and to tuition thereafter.
